Actxio helps you turn everyday documents into clear actions and dates. This page explains what we process and how. It is a Phase 1 draft and will be finalised before launch.

What we process

• The text or PDF you paste or upload, to extract actions and dates.
• Your account email, used only to sign you in.
• Basic usage counts, to enforce your monthly document limit.

Documents are deleted

Uploaded files are processed and then deleted. Extraction results are kept for 7 days so you can revisit them, then removed automatically.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use your documents for advertising.
