What we collect and why

• The content you submit, to provide you with a result.
• Your email address, to sign you in.
• Limited usage and technical data (such as document counts and IP address), to enforce limits and keep the service secure.

How we use AI

• Text you submit and messages you send to Axi are processed by OpenAI to produce your result and replies. Chat messages are also checked by OpenAI’s moderation service.
• OpenAI does not use this data to train its models, and keeps it for no more than 30 days.
• AI can make mistakes: check important dates against your original document.
• Please remove personal details you don’t need before you submit a document.

Sharing

We rely on trusted service providers to host and run the service, and on OpenAI for AI processing as described above. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention

• Uploaded files are not stored after your result is produced.
• Results are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically.
• Messages to Axi are not stored on our servers.
• Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and store your theme preference in your browser. We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection or privacy authority.

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the date above.
